Can I customize the design?
Currently, we do not offer customization. All designs available on our website are final.
Will the product look exactly like the website image?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen and printing differences, but we strive to match the design as closely as possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please share a clear unboxing video (recorded from sealed package opening) within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship across India.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

How should I wash printed products?
- Wash inside-out in cold water
- Do not bleach
- Avoid direct ironing on the print
- Air dry for longer print life
Why is COD not available?
As products are custom-printed, we currently do not support Cash on Delivery.
Why is delivery time longer than regular products?
Each item is printed after order confirmation, so delivery takes slightly longer than ready-stock products.
